What does it cost?
Wrong question. The one that matters is what the problem is already costing you — every year, quietly, whether or not anyone builds anything.
1Your annual revenue
Rough is fine. Nobody is writing it down.
€2,500,000
2What are we actually fixing?
Pick everything that is true. Most companies pick three.
3How much of this do you recognise?
Be honest. The number is only as good as this answer.
Why we price the solution
An hourly rate tells you what we cost. It tells you nothing about whether the work is worth doing. So we start at the other end: what the problem drains per year, what a fix realistically recovers, and whether the difference justifies anyone picking up a keyboard. Sometimes the answer is no. We would rather say that in the first meeting than the fourth invoice.
Put a real number on it
Bring us the problem and we will work out what it is worth before we talk about what it costs.
